Protect Yourself From Summer Heat

Excessive heat continues across the country. Staying hydrated in this type of weather is critical!

  • Keep plenty of cold water on the truck with you and always available, especially when working outdoors.
  • Take frequent breaks to allow your body to cool.

Heat exhaustion or heat stroke can set in quickly and with no warning. Plan ahead to prevent either from occurring.
